Sharon is passionate about helping those who are disillusioned with life & relationships find peace of mind again.  She shows people how to begin looking forward to each day through an easy process of finding and releasing unconscious beliefs.  It sounds simple and it is, once you get the hang of it.  She only works with people who are sick and tired of being sick and tired and are ready to make a radical change.
In Sharon's words: 
Years of physical, emotional, mental, sexual abuse, alcoholic parents, death of my son, showed me everything I didn’t want in life.  In my mid-40’s I began learning what was at the root of all of my problems - it was me!  I began a journey of conditioning myself to a better life.  I learned a simple way to move beyond all of the past into a life of peaceful thoughts.  Now I’m in love with life and living a life I love.

1. Drop your expectations
2. Understand what’s beneath your anger
3. ALWAYS remember everyone is doing the best they can in any given moment, including yourself
