"I am a trauma recovery coach with 4.5 years sober. Trauma played a huge part in my addiction & I believe it does for many. Emotional sobriety is just as important as sobriety from chemicals. Embracing life as it currently is is what I do & teach my clients, friends, family, & colleagues.

Living with developmental trauma, narcissistic abuse, sexual assault, addiction, religious trauma, codependency, anxiety, depression & C-PTSD put me in a unique position to have empathy & compassion for my fellow humans in this world.
