A midwife, personal trainer, yoga instructor, doctoral candidate, speaker and author, Carrie Schell has dedicated her life's work to health and wellness. As an addiction specialist helping others recover, Carrie realized she, like millions of other women, was a grey drinker...not an alcoholic. Still, her relationship with alcohol was unhealthy, in a grey area.
Carrie Schell has spent her career in health and wellness, helping people through their intimate and life-transforming journeys. Carrie's latest passion is giving a voice to grey drinking and helping women create s healthy relationships with alcohol. Her latest book, "The Gray Drinking Reset," is a 30-day journey to help women reclaim control over alcohol. She is also hosting wellness retreats for women to connect and reset their wellness journey in Costa Rica, where she lives.
