More and more people suffer from depression and feel helpless, powerless and hopeless with such a fate. Many of them begin to consume drugs or alcohol (or both) to numb their emotions. But we have much, much more power over our life-boat than we may ever believe….even when we are standing in front of a wall of adversity. Depressions are not a given and can be transformed by the individual themselves.
