286 Erik Everhard: How to unleash your Sexual Superpowers
Tuesday Aug 09, 2022
Tuesday Aug 09, 2022
Author, men's coach, and professional pornstar Erik Everhard teaches high achievers elite-level sexual skills so that they can master the bedroom like they dominate the boardroom.
In Erik's words:
My journey to sexual mastery has been a unique one; you see for the last 23 years, I’ve been one of the top Adult Film stars in the world, and that’s not by accident. No, there were no crazy parties, there was no hedonism, from my very first scene I've treated my career exactly like a professional athlete.
I spent my time learning and studying women in REAL LIFE and throughout every sexual encounter I had.
I figured out the bio-hacks to my own body, out of necessity, as my job and livelihood depended on it. I discovered mental hacks to quell performance anxiety, last longer in the bedroom, secret techniques that could get women off time after time, special diet and supplementation, and more. After over 5000 women, I feel I have cracked the code.
3 top tips for my audience:
1. How to overcome anxiety in the bedroom
2. Why bedroom leadership matters.
3. Why porn should not be viewed as sexual education, but rather entertainment

Molecular hydrogen (H2) is a colorless and odorless gas. Studies have shown that H2 inhalation has therapeutic effects in many animal studies and clinical trials. H2 has a relatively small molecular mass, which helps it quickly spread and penetrate cell membranes to exert a wide range of biological effects. It may play a role in the treatment and prevention of a variety of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases, such as acute pancreatitis, sepsis, respiratory disease, ischemia reperfusion injury diseases, autoimmunity diseases, etc. H2 is primarily administered via inhalation, drinking H2-rich water, or injection of H2 saline. It may participate in the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity (mitochondrial energy metabolism), immune system regulation, and cell death (apoptosis, autophagy, and pyroptosis) through annihilating excess reactive oxygen species production and modulating nuclear transcription factor. However, the underlying mechanism of H2 has not yet been fully revealed. Owing to its safety and potential efficacy, H2 has a promising potential for clinical use against many diseases.

In Candace's words:
"When there is addiction in a family, everyone is affected and everyone needs to heal. There are a lot of resources available for addicts, but there is very little skilled support for the people who love them, so most families have no idea about what to do to make this horrific situation better. Enabling behaviors from family members and other loved ones keep an addict stuck in their addiction while helping behaviors assist them to become ready for recovery. When we choose to help instead of enabling, the devastating cycle of addiction can be stopped in its tracks."
Candace Plattor is an Addictions Therapist in private practice, where she specializes in working with the family and other loved ones of people who are struggling with addiction, in her unique and signature Family Addiction Counselling and Therapy Program. As a former opioid addict with almost 35 years clean and sober, Candace has learned that overcoming addiction is a family condition: everyone in the family is affected by addiction and everyone needs to heal. For more than three decades, she has been helping both addicts and their loved ones understand their dysfunctional behaviors and make healthier life choices.
3 top tips for my audience:
1. You cannot control or “fix” another person, so stop trying!
2. Learn the difference between Helping and Enabling
3. Know that “Self-Care” does not equal “Selfish”

Most addictions are rooted in unresolved trauma, but how do we begin to build awareness around what that looks like as it shows up in our minds and bodies? In this talk, Brenda Hershey will elaborate on not only the signs and symptoms, but will break down the science behind it. Furthermore, she’ll share integratable tools to strengthen the mind-body connection to foster a sense of safety and security in one’s body again, which is so often lost when dissociating and numbing out. If you’re ready for some simple yet powerful tools to anchor yourself into the present moment and not miss a moment more of your life, don’t miss this episode.
Based in Iraqi-Kurdistan, Brenda Hershey is an author, international humanitarian, researcher and TRY Global's President & Founder. She became a certified Trauma Recovery Yoga (TRY) instructor in 2019 and had been teaching the classes regularly when she experienced a series of her own “Big T” traumas. Because she had built up such a high level of resilience teaching TRY, she found herself equipped with the tools to self-regulate during those dark moments, and process/ release that trauma. Now, she’s on a mission to empower others by sharing these mind-body tools with others on their journeys of recovery and resilience.
3 top tips for my audience:
1. Notice your breath! During our call, I’ll cue for them to notice whether they’re inhaling or exhaling right now, and highlight how we can go crazy amounts of time without noticing our breath (despite taking about 20,000 breaths a day). I also plan to emphasize the significance of breath in strengthening the mind-body connection and toning the vagus nerve/ re-calibrating the nervous system.
2. Mindfully move your body on a regular basis. Whether it’s yoga, going on a walk, playing with your kids, playing a sport, or whatever. By moving mindfully with our breath, we create opportunity to strengthen our nervous system, and if we’ve disassociated due to addiction and/or trauma, it helps bridge that gap within.
3. Listen to your body. The reality is that, even when our brains have stored away old memories or programming that we’d rather not face, our bodies remember. Our bodies are talking to us all the time, the real practice is in listening to what it’s saying. TRY provides trauma-informed tools to do just that - to quiet the mind, be still and listen.

In John's words:
I strive to help people overcome depression and anxiety by getting them in shape and the importance of martial arts by improving their bodies, wealth, relationships with themselves, and creating a strong spiritual foundation.
I have personal experience with this as when I was in my mid-twenties, I almost jumped off a bridge and I found my saving grace through simple hacks in working out and martial arts.
Ever since then I become a personal trainer I have developed tools to help not only transform bodies but also help people regain long-lost mobility issues ranging from age to past injuries. I have trained the blind, people in wheelchairs, young people with canes, and all sorts of other "issues" all get better. Please understand that this is subjective I couldn't make the blind see, I couldn't get the guy out of the wheelchair - he had spina bifida I helped them become stronger with what they had.
I hope that I can help inspire some young people to get out of whatever funk that they might be in through my life story and that others that I have helped.
3 top tips for my audience:
1. The Power of exercise
2. The Importance of Failure
3. Step into the fear…it’s the BEST teacher you’ll ever have
