Making the best decision under pressure requires an inner development that allows you to accurately assess what you’re feeling and thinking in relation to the situation you’re in.
Every decision we make in life and business counts toward our ability to overcome challenges and progress with greater ease and grace.
“Hindsight is 20-20” and “you don’t know what you don’t know”... - How can you begin closing the gap between what you don’t know and hindsight, so that you do know more, and your foresight is as powerful as your hindsight?
Raamon Newman, & his biz partner Paolo D'Angelo, are the co-founders of New Mavericks, a leadership development consultancy based out of Los Angeles, USA & Sydney, Australia.
They're co-authors of the book: The Science of Protection: How Leaders Gain an Unfair Advantage to Create Stellar Success
For 25 years they have been globally trusted Leadership Breakthrough Protection Partners to over 50 top CEOs & execs of multi-million & billion revenue companies.
He’s a former top athlete & rugby player, entrepreneur, 10-year meditating monk, actor & philanthropist for peace and youth education, and a graduate from the University of Auckland.
3 top tips for my audience:
1. Purification leads to progress - purify your inner enemies to avert outer enemies.
2. Focus on challenging yourself to grow more so than desires and outcomes.
3. Make your mind as coherent and settled as possible before taking action and important decisions and when you decide, decide big first then see what thoughts come, you don’t overanalyze things.

Tuesday Apr 19, 2022
Tuesday Apr 19, 2022
After coming to a point in life where she was “sick and tired of being sick and tired,” Stepanie Lueras needed some changes. Through small actions and goal setting, she has lost over 200 pounds through balanced nutrition and movement, without the use of restrictive dieting, commercial weight loss plans, or supplements. She has gained a love of endurance sports, running marathons, and is currently training for Ironman-distance races. She uses this same holistic goal setting model in working with clients in groups and individually to empower people to break down the everyday barriers that exist so they can achieve what they are working towards for their best personal wellness.
Stephanie specializes in beginner and adaptive fitness. She helps people of all sizes, ages, and conditions/illnesses, to achieve consistency with their personal movement and nutrition goals. She enjoys incorporating bodyweight resistance training into workouts, so many workouts require no or minimal equipment. She is also a TRX Suspension System Instructor, SilverSneakers Fitness Instructor, and SilverSneakers Nutrition Facilitator. In 2022, she is also completing her Kundalini Yoga certification and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist Program.
3 top tips for my audience:
1. Start small–every goal can be broken down into a smaller bit
2. For every physical goal accomplished, there is an emotional and/our spiritual counterpart that grows–acknowledge it
3. Anything is possible; we don’t fail, but simply find a different way to what we want to achieve

Kirsten has been working as a Clinical Psychologist for 20 years across the expanse of clinical areas. She loves her job and can’t think of anything more meaningful. She gets to see people connect, feel heard, expand, heal and feel stronger and safer. Dealing with unhealthy patterns with alcohol is one of the many areas that she works in. Every week someone comes into her Practice and bravely shares their private world and together they work to move them forward. Coming out from the shadow of alcohol abuse is one of these exciting areas of growth and recovery.
Kirsten lives in Toowoomba with her husband and five boys aged 7 to 21. In addition to being a Clinical Psychologist she is the author of a series of six Psychology books that cover the breadth of clinical areas. These books are called SIGNPOSTS FOR LIVING. Readers say they feel like they hear Kirsten’s voice coming through the books as they are conversational and bite-sized. Kirsten’s passion is putting psychology in the hands of the public. She wants to open the flood gates and take psychology out from behind the professional's door.
The six books are called;
Control your Consciousness
Understanding Myself
Mindfulness and State of Flow
Understanding Others - Loved Ones to Tricky Ones
Parenting
Nailing being an Adult
She also has two fiction novels and four psychology children’s books coming out this year (2022). In her downtime… Kirsten loves a spot of scuba diving, bushwalking, charcoal barbecuing or a cosy corner with a book.

245 Aaron Solly : Depression is Anger focused Inwards
Friday Apr 15, 2022
Friday Apr 15, 2022
Aaron Solly, the founder of Engage Coaching Group, is a banker turned coach, author, educator, father of two amazing boys, and husband.
At 37 years old, he was overwhelmed and in a deep depression in the basement of his home. He was working in the financial services industry feeling stressed out and not happy with his career. His first marriage was failing. His first son was 2 years old. His world felt like it was falling apart all around him. On that day, he decided to shift his perspective from “Why is this happening to me?” to “What is this for?”
The famous psychologist Carl Jung stated
“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
When life struggles happen such as the fear of losing your job, a marriage breakdown or being in the dark cloud of depression, the answer is not from an outside source.
The answer comes from going within yourself and connecting to your values, your purpose and all the feelings that are part of who you are.
3 top tips for my audience:
1. Feel your feelings.
2. Journaling is a proven tool to improve anxiety, lower levels of depression and increase positive mood.
3. Ask for help when you are struggling.
