In Stacy's words:
Life is rhythm and we each have a song to sing and a story to write. Choices, circumstances, honor, fear, courage, joy and character are all instruments in the orchestra of our life. Me can merely dance to the music, left to its own devices, consequence deciding the beat. Or, by grace and acceptance, with courage and honor, we can decide to be the conductor of our own symphony.
I am 36 yrs happily married, a mother of 3 and “mom” to a multitude. I have 5 beautiful grandchildren and strive to leave a legacy of gratitude and grace. I spent 40 yrs as a dance instructor/ choreographer, 15 yrs as a rodeo preacher and 12 yrs as a Family Services Specialist for addiction and mental health. I have traded the 1st half for the 2nd half to operate Enlighten Up where we focus on illuminating the path from existence to significance. One of my new joys is co-hosting The Hero Builder Podcast.
Stacy's 3 top tips
- You are the author of your story
- Coincidence happens on purpose
- It is all a great big circle covered with the consequences of our choices.
Stacy's special offer to my listeners and viewers:

In Felicia's words:
My expertise is in helping people to live. What do you mean by that?
A lot of of people walking around this earth dead. They forgot what it means to live and to be connected to something greater than them.
We’ve been conditioned for so long to think a certain way, to do certain things in life to be considered successful.
Very few of us take a moment to pause and ask ourselves, what the hell am I doing?
Is what I’m doing supporting my life purpose and is it making me happy?
Everything begins with our mind. Somewhere along our life path, we forgot who we truly are. In school, we were told continuously what’s acceptable, what’s our limitation, what’s possible and what we should do.
This will lead to unhappiness and the feeling of un-fulfillment. We quiet our inner voice/intuition and conditioned to look at ‘facts’ of life.
I want to help people have an epiphany through a simple storybook to bring this deeper message of life to them before bedtime. I want them to use this as a tool to facilitate much needed conversations with their loved ones and friends.
Alcoholism or any type of addiction often times stems from unhappiness. Therefore, we’re trying to numb our emotions to escape from our reality.
I want to help them take that first baby step to create an easy organic way to start dealing with their demons. To see the light in the darkness and met them where they are. We can’t help people by telling them what to do. We need to start to listen and take the time to understand ourselves, what makes us tick and embrace both our shadows and lights.
Felicia's top 3 tips
1. Only 2% of the population is living their dream. Decide what kind of live and legacy you want.
2. What are emotions and how to use emotions as strengths?
3. What’s your story? What have you been telling yourself that prevent you from living your dream? Start making small changes everyday and share tips to start making progress toward your happiness.

In Blake's words:
As was the case for me, so many people who are affected by substance use disorders feel lost in their disease. The disease became my identity so finding sobriety meant I was stripped of that and had to start over. This is the greatest gift recovery offers us. We are given the opportunity to start over and finally become the person that is aligned with our core values. Recovery gave me my identity and taught me that I can be accepted for exactly who I am.
Blake Cohen is a Certified Addictions Professional through the Florida Certification Board, a Certified Life Coach, has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University, and is currently earning his Master's Degree in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Fueled by passion, education, and his professional, personal & family experiences with addiction, Blake aims to assist those that have been directly, or indirectly, affected by Substance Use Disorders towards a path of understanding and healing.
He is also the best-selling author of the book, “I love you, More: Short Stories of Addiction, Recovery, and Loss from the Family’s Perspective” that can be found on Amazon.
Blake's 3 top tips:
1. Be patient with yourself
2. Finding Recovery isn't a one size fits all approach
3. What makes you weird is what makes people love you

Research indicates that going through a divorce can be as traumatic as losing a loved one. With the added cultural and social barriers, men and women experiencing divorce often struggle with moving forward despite their best efforts. I’ll break down how to overcome all of your limiting beliefs and not let your past define your future. Your future is filled with endless possibility, no matter how grim the circumstances appear.
Syeda Neary is a divorce coach, supporting men and women who are experiencing divorce and ready to overcome their fears, guilt, and shame so that they can reclaim their life, heal their heart and create space to find love again.
She lives in New York City with her husband and two sons.
When Syeda isn't coaching, she loves working out, singing karaoke pre pandemic , and enjoying family game night.
Syeda's top 3 tips:
1. Your past doesn’t define you, you can choose to change the trajectory of your life by making one single decision
2. You don’t need weeks, months or years to decide to change your life. We have the power to decide, right now, and manage your mind around those decisions.
3. Our thoughts always create our results. When we think that divorce is the worst thing in the world, we are going to play out that story through our feelings and subsequent actions. But through the power of mindset and consistent rewiring of your brain and beliefs, you can shift to a better feeling thought like, divorce is actually a blessing. I believe this to be true for myself and my clients believe the same by the time we’re done working together.
