These days Tomás is a Meditation Instructor, Author, Media Producer and Host of the podcast “Decide to Transform.” He invites you to embark on the journey of self mastery by showing up for yourself.
Tomás' 3 top tips:
- A successful meditation can be as short as one breath.
- Every moment of every day we make a decision. Choose for your Self.

In Bernadette's words
We hide our true self many times. Hiding through bad behaviour, bad words which hurts others and ourselves, addiction on different levels even through crime? But what if: we have not to hide anything from us not even from yourself?
What if...be simply yourself would be a key for true sobriety?

110 Guna Rasnaca - Set yourself free, do trauma work
Tuesday Jan 05, 2021
Tuesday Jan 05, 2021
Guna is a Post-Traumatic Growth Coach. She is passionate about healing the root cause of physical and mental suffering: simple and complex trauma. She has supported her clients on their way out of depression, anxiety, addictions, abusive relationships and autoimmune diseases by working with simple and complex trauma in a gentle and holistic way at the subconscious mind and body level.
Her experience is that anyone who is willing to be free and to heal can do it. She supports individuals in taking back the responsibility and response-ability for their health by doing the trauma work.
In Guna's words:
I specialize in gentle and holistic trauma work. I help people to recover from simple and complex trauma so that they can set themselves free from all limitations on the level of body and subconscious mind. As we heal trauma we connect to self and others at a deep level, we own our story, learn to love ourselves, we discover our purpose, we quit surviving and start living, we become mentally and phisically healthy, we become struggle and abuse repellant. This all takes place as we set ourselves free from limiting beliefs, harmful subconscious patterns and any addictive tendencies, be it codependency, substance or behavioural addiction. Multidimensional trauma work allows us to be free at all levels.
We usually don’t have explicit memories of the events that have left us traumatised to the extent of impacting our brain development and our nervous system. However, we have implicit memories, our body remembers, our subconscious mind has stored the events and consequently organised adaptive patterns and beliefs to protect us. Implicit memories of trauma show up in the form of reactions (mental and physiological) that used to be adaptive but are now plain harmful and self-sabotaging. Healing trauma is the only way to change the subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs permanently.
3 Steps towards freedom:
1st step: awareness and knowledge, with bravery and honesty eradicating denial, finding and owning blind spots and limiting beliefs;
2nd step: work on all levels, all dimensions (body, mind and spirit); releasing trauma from the tissues and subconscious mind, releasing emotional baggage, forgiveness work, and restoring the trust and safety.
3rd step: keep on working on your growth, again and again, the limit is the sky, the work will never be finished, if you stop growing you don’t stay there, you either grow upwards or fall backwards, up to you which direction.
_______
You know that you have healed trauma when you become genuinely grateful that it has happened, for where it has brought you and what it has given to you. That is the post-traumatic growth, when you are no longer a victim, nor a survivor, but a success. When you start living instead of surviving. And that is just the beginning. You discover your true self, you find your purpose and start living up to your potential. You don’t know what is ahead but you are excited about it.

Tamar Medford is a performance consultant, best-selling author, host of The Road to Health podcast, and champion for people who suffer from addiction. Since overcoming her 20-year battle with drugs, alcohol and obesity in 2012, Tamar is on a mission to help people recognize their addictive patterns and break free from them. She empowers others to live up to their true potential while meeting the challenge of change.
Tamar's 3 top tips
- People can have a great upbringing and still fall prey to addiction.
- You have to own that you have created your own life so this also means you have the choice to control what happens in your future.
- Realize that what you perceived as your biggest failure could end up being your greatest asset. Living a life of addiction and coming out of it alive has now allowed me to help empower others to do the same.

106 Chelsea Palermo - Harness the healing power of writing & transform your life
Saturday Dec 26, 2020
Saturday Dec 26, 2020
Chelsea Palermo, creator of The Write Journey, has crafted a healing writing program to teach others the transformative power of writing. Chelsea has been writing for nearly 30 years. She infuses the craft of writing, and studies on neuroscience including the impact of writing on our emotional and physical bodies, with her own methods of healing through her direct experience of using writing to heal her own traumas including the death of her ex-husband by suicide, and domestic violence in her family of origin. Chelsea holds an MFA in Poetry, and several healing certificates including Inner Child Healing, Life Story Coach, Reiki, Yoga, Past Life Regression & more. Chelsea was nominated as Poet Laureate of Asbury Park, and is an adjunct English Professor.
In her own words:
I teach people how to use writing as a tool for healing. In my teachings, I incorporate other healing modalities when applicable, such as meditation, visualization, supportive healing herbs, and additional creative arts in support of the writing work. My goal is to equip others with a range of writing techniques and methods to facilitate a writing practice that starts with writing as self-care, and that can move them through writing through trauma, and deep emotional healing.

105 Jocelyn Bellows - Leap from Limitation to Liberation
Saturday Dec 19, 2020
Saturday Dec 19, 2020
In Jocelyn's words:
I believe in a world where men and women can break up with their old ways of being, stories that are no longer serving, breaking energetic ties with people and ideas to Wake Up to a being of joy and light and crafting a life on your terms – growing and expanding into the person you were always meant to be.
Together we will Learn, Experience and Activate newly-formed habits. together, we will script a life on your terms. committing to yourself will provide inner peace and knowing you are living your most confident and powerful life.
You live in your radiant light, leaping from limitation to liberation.
In 2017, my marriage dissolved. At the time, my family and I had moved across the country and I was not working. The one thing that I was most certain of was this decision to leave was an absolute for myself. The day I proclaimed that I was leaving and in the months to come, I began a journey of self-discovery. What was it that made ME tick, what was the joy that I wanted to manifest into my life. I invested in myself: learning and expanding through books, conversations, coaching and training. All along this path, I understood this - I am peeling back the layers of myself to get to the core of my life’s purpose.
I’ve made mistakes along the way; I even lost myself for a while during this journey and hid deep within my comfort zone. I could have dealt better with the grief of losing the dream of happily ever after, and the separation and divorce that followed. I let things fall apart around me, rather than proactively building the life I wanted.
And, through this, I realized that as I build the life that I have always desired and dreamed for myself, I have the privilege to share this gift, to allow others to discover their deepest and truest selves. To be the mirror for those around me who may not quite see their own greatest selves. This is what brings me the most joy.
Jocelyn's 3 top tips:
- Define your values and live into those values which serve as your purpose pathway
- Take Inspired Action towards your purpose and LIVE into that purpose
- Craf your own life on your terms
