I have the pleasure of meeting Paul Forchione and learn about his core beliefs. In his own words:
I was born with cerebral palsy and it was so severe that the doctors told my mom that I would never be able to walk. Thank goodness for a wonderful mom and a great mindset that wasn’t my destiny. I was able to overcome it and be able to live a very active life but it wasn’t easy at all. Today as a Mindset Coach I share my story with my clients to help them overcome obstacles in their lives. We have a choice everyday to look at things from a positive or negative lens. If you allow yourself to look at things from a more positive lens you will have more good days than bad. The opposite could be said if you look for all the negatives that happen in your day.
Paul's top-3 recommendations:
1. You can control your attitude
2. Love yourself and do not put yourself down
3. Have empathy for others - you don’t know what they are going through

In Naomi's own words:
All of us have a wounded inner child and a need that wasn’t met in our developing years. Many of us are totally unaware that we have several unmet needs and trauma stored in our bodies (energetic field).
We spend most of our lives looking for this need in others, and in things, and just attracting more of the same.
This pain, emptiness and dissociation is the root of so much addiction, illness and pain and it manifests in fear, self sabotage, codependency, emptiness, disorders and more. And yet we have a “One size fits all” System For Everything. But there is a cure for those who take the road less traveled.
Naomi Nye has been an Entertainer - Entrepreneur for almost 20 years, with Award Winning businesses in Miami. Naomi’s life was turned upside down when she underwent a series of surgeries that left her bedridden for almost seven years. This experience brought up childhood trauma and decades of abuse taking her down a rabbit hole of many addictions. As Naomi was trying to piece her life together the question she kept asking herself was, “What skills would I have needed to have learned when I was a teenager so that I could have faced my life challenges successfully?”
This is how THN Network, her Teen Leadership and Entrepreneurship academy was born.

An overwhelming number of people now struggle with autoimmune and chronic conditions. Integrative Health Practitioner Bridget Botelho believes that you can rebalance your body and reclaim your power over your disease by not only nourishing your body with food and other nutritional support, but also by trusting your mind and body to break free from your diagnosis.
Bridget Botelho became a certified integrative health coach after her 13+ year-journey battling Multiple Sclerosis. While continuing her own personal health journey, she now works with women to feel their best, transform their health mindset, and to live vibrant and energetic lives.
Bridget Botelho, IHP is an integrative health coach who helps women with autoimmunity intuitively rebalance their bodies to reclaim their vibrant energy and power. She became inspired to be a health practitioner after her own personal journey living with Multiple Sclerosis for more than 13 years.
When Bridget is not health coaching, she’s urban hiking in San Francisco, watching the latest Netflix craze, or watering her many (many) plants.
Bridget's top 3 topics:
1. How to navigate an autoimmune or chronic condition after leaving the doctor’s office.
2. How to find a health routine that is sustainable, nourishing, and fit just for you (because we’re all different)
3. The importance of mindset and listening to your body when dealing with a health condition.
Right now, Bridget is offering a free 7-day workbook to reset your healing journey by listening to and nourishing your body and mind. You can download this workbook and practice guide on the homepage of her website, ImmuneIntuition.com. You can also follow her on Instagram @immune.intuition

Adele and I find ourselves tackling some hard topics in this interview when we challenge our own beliefs and boundaries when it comes to rehabilitation.
Adele has a BA and MA in Sociology. She started a PhD but left it after one semester, having decided she would rather work with people than write about them. But that did not prevent her having to fight a hard battle with alcoholism, that she nearly lost. But 12 she is now life coaching and recovery to create a bold new way of finding a sober life.
Adele's top-3 recommendations:
1. There are a variety of ways to get and stay sober. The point is to find what works for YOU, and stay the course.
2. You are not bad trying to get good. You are just sick trying to get well, and scared trying to get safe.
3. Whatever you do, don’t try to recover alone. It takes a village to raise a child, and it takes a village to heal an addict.
Adele offers private coaching to those struggling with alcohol abuse and misuse. She likes to listen to the needs of each client and create personalized coaching packages based on where they currently are.

Kate Kunkel has enjoyed careers as a writer, a harpist, and a TV talk show host. But her most important job developed from her desire to prevent what happened to her mother from ever happening to anyone else. Seeing the devastation that dementia wreaks has made Kate a passionate advocate for prevention of this terrible disease. By researching and creating a program to prevent dementia, Kate has made it her life’s work to educate and empower people to take control of their lives and save their brains. She believes that Losing your Mind is a Choice.
Kate's top tips:
- Everything we put into our bodies NOW has the possibility of affecting our brains now AND into the future. With every choice you make ask, “Is this good for my brain?”
